At The Oud Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance or oud product is in its original, sealed packaging and has not been sprayed or used.

  Request a Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
